Welcome to EverydayBenefitGuide. These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules for using the website at everydaybenefitguide.org (the "Site"). The Site is operated by STRATEGY CONCEPTS CO LLC d/b/a EverydayBenefitGuide ("EBG," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What EBG is — and isn't

EBG is an independent informational website. We publish plain-language guides, articles, checklists and simple tools about everyday benefits, savings, education resources, insurance basics and household support.

• EBG is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any federal, state or local government program.
• EBG does not run programs, accept applications, decide eligibility or provide benefits of any kind.
• EBG does not sell insurance, financial products or services, and does not refer or match visitors with providers, agencies or third-party offers.

2. Information only — not professional advice

Content on the Site is for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance or medical advice. Program rules, amounts, deadlines and eligibility requirements change often and differ by state. Always confirm details with the official agency or a licensed professional before acting. EBG makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

3. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, republish or sell Site content without our written permission, except for brief quotes with a link back to the source page;
• interfere with the Site's security or operation, or use bots or scrapers that place an unreasonable load on it;
• submit false information through our forms or submit someone else's contact information without their permission;

4. Free tools

Our calculators and checklists run in your web browser. EBG does not store what you enter into them. Results are estimates for personal planning only and should not be relied on as financial advice.

5. Email and text message updates

Signing up for updates is optional and never required to use the Site. Text messages are governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions, which are part of these Terms. In short: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. EBG does not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

6. Links to other websites

We link to official government and nonprofit websites so you can confirm information at the source. EBG does not control those sites and isn't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, logo and tools are owned by EBG or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Photographs are licensed from their creators. "EverydayBenefitGuide" and the EverydayBenefitGuide logo are trademarks of STRATEGY CONCEPTS CO LLC.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
